The isolated location adds to the charm, ideal for witnessing natural wonders like the Northern Lights, even though cloud cover eluded our evening sky.Mid Hvoll Cottages thoughtfully provide a garden and barbecue facilities, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. With Vik village just a short drive away, convenience meets seclusion at these cottages, making it a delightful base for immersing in Iceland's wild beauty.our group of five found the cottages to be snug, with the sofa bed surprisingly comfortable for a good night's rest. While the full bed and single bunk may be cozy for all, the proximity to the black sand beaches and unique rock formations compensated for any space constraints. The icing on the cake? The playful dogs on the property, adding a touch of homely joy to our stay.
